What is the best performance mod for the money? Pully and air intake? Anything else?

Let's say I don't replace the pulley. What kind of performance gain would I see if I get rid the the resonators on the exhaust, put in a cone filter, and put in a speed chip? Do those HP chips on fleabay actually work? Thanks.

if your going with a pully change,i would open up the exaust,deff. headers,get rid of the u-bend,go with a high flow cat,the exaust on my gt is all cust except for the stock res. and mufflers
