I have a 94 Firebird Formula. It will only go into reverse. I was hoping someone could tell me what might be wrong with it?

could be a few things, like a shift linkage or it may need to be rebuilt hard to say without looking at it

i think it could be the shifting linkages that allow your gears to engage and disengage.or your idler gear is seized and stuck in position so bad news gotta take transmission apart to see
