I'm new to this site so bear with me. This will be my second GTP. My first being an 03.

I just installed a CAI. I'm looking at doing the 3.4 pulley swap and transmission cooler since I'm down here in balmy Houston,Tx.

Question on the pulley. I work at a dealership and have our mechanics on staff. Do I HAVE to use the pulley swap tool? Or can it be done without one. I've been looking at the Thrasher set. Does anyone have and recommendations on brand?

Second...I don't really plan on building hardcore. Just want a few more ponies for daily driveability. I was thinking overall of the CAI, pulley, trans cooler and a hi flow cat and leave it at that.

Is the block reliable enough with those mods for daily driven purposes. Keep in mind, I won't be racing or anything of that nature. I just want the extra HP when warranted.
