Just bought a 1993 Grand Am and it has a third party Wireless Entry Keyfab that was NOT a GM product. It only has 1 black plastic keyfab and I think that there is a FCS code on the back but no manufacturer.
Is there a way to have a duplicate keyfab made or to get a replacement for this item?
Would I have to replace the control module and get a whole new keyfab or can they copy this one? The one I have still works but if I lose it...I'm toast to be able to shut off the alarm.

What should I do? Where could I go to get this duplicated or replaced?

Check for the moduale under the dash for the unit it should have all then info on it or aleast give you more clues.
