I have a steering column removed from a 1996 Grand Prix. It has tilt steering, two keys, turn signal w/ cruise control and intermintent wipers, and the wires for the radio controls/air bag (which would need to be resoddered/butt connected to your current steering wheel). Plastic piece on top is dark grey. I purchased this column for the steering wheel (which also came with it) to use in my 3rd gen firebird, and I have no need for the column itself. I'm asking $50 obo + shipping (local pick-ups welcome, I'm in west chester, pa and also in lancaster, pa 2 or 3x a week).
