I have a 95 Sunfire with the 2.2 liter engine. My problem is that when it gets below 20 degrees it will not start. Push it into the garage were its heated and after the car warms up it starts fine.
To date I have replaced the engine temp sensor. I've checked the plugs to see if they are firing and they are, however, I'm not seeing any fuel on them. Checked the fuel pump relay and its working fine. Put a meter at the disconnect under the back seat for the fuel pump and when you first turn the key on it gets 12 volts for a few seconds and then stops as if the system is pressurizing fine. Replaced the fuel filter.
This car is OBD 1 so my scanner won't work on it. Its not throwing any codes per say, since the Check Engine light doesn't stay on.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
