The car has electrical issues for sure. Its a 93 bonneville sse 3.8. It will turn over and run but only on starting fluid. the fuel pumphttp://images.intellitxt.com/ast/adTypes/2.gif (http://www.pontiactalk.com/forum/showthread.php?t=7033#) obviously isnt working. now i cant figure out if it needs a new pump or a computer or maybe has a shorted wire. this is whats happening. the cars gauges only sometimes wont work. the top 3 fuses under the passenger glove box dont have power (http://www.pontiactalk.com/forum/showthread.php?p=8803#) to them though the fuel pump fuse does. 1 of those fuses is for the power (http://www.pontiactalk.com/forum/showthread.php?t=7033#) locks which wont work and one is for the horn which wont work. Also the car will NOT come out of park as long as there is a battery hooked up. So i was wondering, is the computer or a wire keeping the fuel pump from running and the car from going into any gear? would the keys computer chip affect any of this or is the fuel pump bad?
