When pulling out of a parking lot or drivewayI get a clunking noise from the front end only when the steering wheel is turned and going slow speeds. Everything in front end seems tight, bearings, tie rods.etc. It is a 2005 with 24,500 miles any ideas? I havn't gone to the dealer yet.

Please post results when you find out. Mine "groans" every time I put it in drive and start to pull forward. I wonder if it is related?

It was the intermediate steering shaft. Replaced under warranty no questions. Fixed the problem perfectly. Now half the radio display went out. Why did I sell the F-150? OH gas mileage!!!
