Default 2005 sv6 minor fixes

I have a 2005 SV6 I bought new. Now has just under 50K miles on it. Overall like the van very much, or that is my wife and 4 kids like it very much, but now I'm starting to get a few pain in the neck things go wrong. Warranty is out, so gotta do it myself or take to a dealer. Would like to fix myself.

Here they are in no particular order...

1) FOB does not work to open the sliding doors anymore. It works to lock/unlock but that's it.

2) DVD player does not work. It makes very loud noises when there's nothing in there. DVD's get stuck. Would like to know what make/model dvd players fit so I can replace.

3) Radio has a mind of it's own sometimes. Most annoying is the volume **** does not change the volume. Can use the button on the steering wheel, but would like to know if this is symptomatic of something else and easily remedied.

4) backup beeper no longer works. I get the double red light all the time, but no beeps. cleaned the bumper/sensor area but no luck. Wife really likes this feature.

5) for lack of a better word, the "Rubber Gasket" on the passenger side door keeps slipping off and causing the sliding door to not close. I can probably fix this with some heavy duty glue, but it's gotten tangled in the door a few times and might not take. Is it necessary? Is it replaceable?

Any one who has any ideas as to any fixes, please let me know and Thanks in advance.
