1957 pontiac transmission

Hello fellow pontiac lovers,
I just bought a 1957 pontiac star chief with the orginal running 347 V8 and 2speed "powerglide" tranny. The car runs out nice except im worried that im going to over rev this old motor going down the road. is there a 3 or 4 speed tranny i can bolt onto my 347? or maybe even get a 350 turbo to bolt on? Also i would like to find out where i could buy the emblems that came on the car. it has all the chrome but im missing the emblems.

I am running a 455 in my GTO that I am restoficating and hope to have about 500-600 hp. I will be driving it all over when done and hope to have the car done in 2010. I see n electronic kit for the Pontiac but not an indiction kit. Do you have a part number for me that has all the components in one bolt on kit. Thank you _______=== XRumer 5.0 Palladium RULEZ! ===
