First of all i have a 1997 grandprix se 4dr 3.1 I got it from a guy at a junkyard for $400 and he gave me a trannsmission because the one that was on it was shot so i switched it out and it ran fine for like 6 months.

So for a while now ive been having to put transmission fluid into the trannsmission i kept getting low just thinking there was a leak. But i just changed the oil and there was wwwaaayyy to much oil in the car somthing like 11 quarts yeah i know thats pretty high i jus thought the engine was shot because i got it for $400 you know. But i was thing somehow the tranny fluid was leaking into the oil from somekind of driveshaft seal my step father said no because it was two differnt componets but i dont belve him sometimes and im sometimes rite and sometimes wrong
