Car: Pontiac Firebird Model: 1995 Date of Purchase: A little under 3 months ago. My Location: $4000 A little under 3 months ago I bought a 95 Firebird from a dealer here in Honolulu for about $4000. Well the head gasket blew out and the repairment are quoting me a price of $1600-$3000 and they say that the repair won't insure that the gasket won't blow again. So I go back to the dealer and he tells me that he has no legal responsiblity to help me because it was sold as is. He says he's going to try and give me a discount on the repair or something but I think he's basically politely telling me that I'm left hanging. I called some lawyers and none of them seem interested. Does anyone know if I have any recourse to recuperate my money? Many Thanks, Jared
