1980 firebird engine possibilities

i recently got a 1980 firbird and the motor is locked up it has a 231 CID 2-bbl V-6 what could i put in it?

ANything will fit. You have Buicks V-6, there were Olds engines and Ponhco engines, all used a differnt transmission pattern from Chevy. All Fcars from Pontiac had the TH350,so I would get a Pontiac motor. All you will need is the motor mounts. Ive done the same swap.
