1998 Pontiac Firebird Car starting issue
 

Ok well on my way to the store yesterday I bought something then I cam e home. No problem. Then I went to go use my car 15-20 minutes later and the car wouldn't start. At all! So I have checked all the relays, fuses, car won't turn over at all but checked fuel pump, and looked under the car completely and under the hood. I checked the battery and everything I could possibly think of. The car has less than 90,000 miles and is in good condition. No accidents or anything. No recent changes or adding to the car and maintenance has been done 1 time a month. HELP PLEASE!!!!

ok to update we just turned the car on with the starter from under the car and I pushed the gas and the car turned on for 1 second reving at 5000 rpm then suddenly just shut off no matter how much gas I pumped. I am unsure because I gave it gas when my father jumped the starter and it recognized the gas I was giving then stopped recognizing. When I turn the key I hear the feul pump. I am unsure of what the problem could be.
