Stalling issues with an automatic

Hey all. I have this problem with my T/A. It is a 2001 with an LS1. Aftermarket cam (mild), 92mm intake manifold, 92mm throttle body, volant intake, and a tune. The problem I'm having is that it will stall when lifting at the gas at high RPM in first, or right when if I let off the gas right when it shifts to second. It is worse when the heat or A/C is on. Without the heat or A/C, it will still stall at times, but it will sometimes catch itself and the RPMs will hunt. I've replaced the IAC motor and the TPS as well. Fuel pump has maybe 20k on it, if that.

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
