How do you prevent audio system from dimming car lights?

Default How do you prevent audio system from dimming car lights?
I have a pioneer sub and amp both 250rms. The other night I noticed my headlights and dome light would dim when bass hit. How can I prevent this?

If your wiring is good, check the voltage at the amp when the bass hits. If it's at 12 volts or less, try adding a 1 farad capacitor.
