1980 indy pace car trans an
 

I bought this car about 5 years ago in Virgina, I am the 3 rd owner but in theory really the second owner. What I mean is that the original owner transferred the title to a consignment place to sell for him and then I bought it.
After purchasing this car was stored in the garage and only taken to car shows and cruises. The car is all original and has not been , it has not been hacked up and jacked up like so many trans ams. It has the orginal radio with power antenna that works, original space saver tire and jack.

The Body- there is no body rust , except for a tiny bubble spot front quarter panel towards the bottom of the panel, when I send pictures I will illustrate the exact location, You cant see it unless you are on your hands and knees and about a foot in front of it. The car appears to have all original paint the decals appear to be in good condition. The usual rock chips on the bottom parts of the doors, the paint shows very well and is not dull or oxidized. All glass is in very good shape.

The Underneath- All frame and frame rails are in great shape no rust, the usual drip of oil from main seal if you are familiar with trans ams they used a rope seal and that’s common.

Mechanically- The engine and turbo run well it shifts well and suspension is tight, I had the carb rebuilt 2 years ago and recently just put a new choke pull off on the carb. By the way the choke pull off was nos part not an aftermarket one.

PHS- Have Pontiac Historical Society Documents on this car
Interior- No dash cracks, no sag in the headliner the interior is about a7 out of 10.
