I have a 2003 Pontiac Aztek with around 56000 miles on it. just yesterday the anti lock and brake light came on went off two minutes later. This has began happening often I have no noticable brakeing problems the pads are in great shape. checked connections in the engine bay and fuses bu can't seem to find anything wrong. Has anybody had this happen before? any ideas how to fix or troubleshoot? I am very mechanically inclined but know nothing about Pontiac yet. any help would be appreciated

 

i have the exact same problem with my 2002 the problem seems to come and go and my mechanic nor the dealer can seem to pinpoint what makes it happen. everyonce and a while the light comes on and the car is fine toher times the abs radomly comes on w/ no light and sometimes both its very confusing but ive just learned to drive with it if u find ne info on it i would appreicate it
