2.4L twin cam intake manifold
 

I have a 01 grand am with the 2.4L twin cam 4 banger. I have high idle. I sprayed some brake clean around the mounting flange of the intake manifold and it affected the idle. Thats the only area that was affected. also went around the throttlebody, evap lines and nothing changed there.

Also in my scanner special functions, on throttle. It showed desired idle 900rpm. but idle was at 1800rpm. i decreased idle but as soon as i left special functions, idle jumped back up to 1800. I replaced the throttle position sensor.

thoughts or ideas?
