One section of the instrument panel on my 2001 Bonneville is dim. It looks looks like a bulb needs replacing but I'm not sure how to do it. It seems like you have to pull the needles off the instuments to dissamble the instrument panel, and then solder a replacement bulb on the circuit board. Is this it or am I missing something?
