2002 Grand Prix GT Brakes
 

Every now and then when I put on my brakes, it feels like my anti lock brakes are kicking in. Dry conditions, paved road. At first it appeared to do it when I would be turning downhill or applying brakes when going downhill (not a steep hill), now it does it on flat roads too. Brakes were just replaced and it still does it. Not often but often enough to be annoying. Any ideas?
