2002 se 3100 no spark
 

Allright folks I got an issue with this car i cannot figure out. Its my son in laws work car he uses and one day while stopping for gas it would not start again. I pulled it home and started checking things over and came up with a bad ignition module, after installing it I still had no spark. Next was the coils themselves, still nothing. Next both crank sensors and cam sensor, nothing! New ecm, nothing. New fuel pump nothing, New key tumbler, nothing. DO you suppose its the pass key 3 module in the steering column itself that is not allowing spark or fuel? Maybe the bcm. Both? Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
