95 pontiac grand prix se suspension issues??

car rocks and rear kicks out when goin over bumps, ditches, potholes, etc. doesn't take corners too well, either!![:'(]....this is a recent problem

when there is moisture as well the car has the tendency to not accelerate very well and even sputters...this has been happening for a few months
