license plate delete

i am looking for a front license plate delete cover one that says pontiac or whatever and i see them in every picture but i dont know where to get them if anyone can help me it will be greatly appreciated. Its a 99 GT black

I didn't know there was a delete cover. Never heard of one. I have a 2004 with a plate frame on it and would love to get rid of it.
