Winter tires?.

Winter tires
hello, came across a set of aluminum rims with winter tires ,
98 grand prix se
will a 16 in tire, specifically, a nitto sn2 p205 55 R16 fit my car?. The tires that are on there now are p205 70 r15.
Please advise thank you.
