2-Speed Auto to TH350 ?

Hi there - I want to replace the 2-Speed auto transmission in my 64 Lemans with a TH350. Does anyone know if the crossmember will work as-is or are modifications needed?

I have done this on 68 style LeMans and the crossmember was same in location and the 350th used the same yoke. Both trans were same lenght, so the driveshaft was reused as is.
