I have a 1963 Pontiac Lemans convertible with a 326 Engine. This car like the Corvair has an independent rear transaxle. My question to the Gurus is this: where in the hell do you get brake parts for this car. I have been to every parts store, looked online, begged borrowed, bled, farted, etc........ Cannot find brake parts anywhere. All I really need is shoes and wheel cylinders. My last hope is that the parts may be the same as the Corvair. Does anyone know? Two weeks of searching and nothing. I know these cars are rare, but there are still thousands of them still running around and they gotta have brakes, right? The '63's had 15" rims if thats any help. Absolutely at my wits end, the car is beautiful, runs great but cannot find the parts to make it stop. Any help would be GREATLY APPRECIATED............
