Cam-Carb Advice for a LeMans 350

Ongoing problem- My 70 LeMans runs smooth, but rich at all speeds and mediocre acceleration. It has a Blue Racer Cam WG1113K Grind- Intake 270 deg duration, Lift 107 and Exhaust/280 deg duration, Lift 117. Cam Train was indexed. Older Holley 600. Timing has to be at 18 degrees to keep from piunging. Something is real wrong. Have tried Quadrajets and Edelbrock and no change. Am I over-cammed? Should I switch to the 9066 cam?
