1959 starchief
 

I just bought a '59 starchief and the guy told me that everything was good except one of the heads was cracked and he chunked it. So, I am in need of one or 2 heads for a '59 389 motor. Does anyone know what other year 389 heads will fit or where I can find some? Also, It has the tri power emblems on it but it currently only has a single 2 barrel set up. Does anyone know where I can find a '59 tri power set up and how much it would cost?. I would like to keep it original if possible. Thanks

You may want to look in the Smoke Signals magizine of the Pontiac Oakland Club International. I believe that was a 1 year only head as the intake bolt pattern was changed in 60 or maybe 61.
