1997 bonneville warning buzzer?
 

Just bought my daughter a 97 Bonnie and she is getting a warning beeping when stepping on the brake or braking while turning. There are no warnings lighting up on the dash. The battery gauge is jumping round a lot from low to high.

Any ideas guys?
