2000 Bonneville

hello, im new to the forum thing but i had a question that i couldnt answer by just searching for it through the net. The question is, Where is the Governor on a 2000 Bonneville. I am curious only because i know it shuts down at 108 or 109mph. I was just wondering it is in the computer or what. If any one could tell me it would be great, id really appreciate it.:D
