I have a 2002 g.d. gt. my wife was driving it home from work and it died on her and all of the power went out. Here is the kicker, It has a new battery and will turn over. but it will not start and nothing electric will work except the service engine soon light blinks, even when the key is not in it. if it is any help to any one it blinks 9 times then 2 times quickly then seems to start over. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
