Default Supercharging a Non-Supercharged motor

Ok, here is the big scoop. I have a 1996 Saturn SC2 I got the idea to graft in a Pontiac V6 as they are much more superior motors, and here is the big question... If I get a 3.1, 3.4, or a 3.8 that is not supercharged, is it possible to through a supercharger onto it and replace the computer with one for a supercharged motor, or not replace the computer?

When supercharging an engine does it require a engine management system? Turbo charge cars have certain requirement to make the charger work perfectly.
