Parking light problem
 

i have recently bought a 2001 pontiac grandam gt, when i got it home i noticed that the parking lights dont work. all other lights work all but the parking lights and the fog lights. i have checked all the fuses, checked the bulbs. neither is blown. has anyone had the same problem as this? if so can someone enlighten me as to what is causing this,
