Want swap a 3.8 into it

So I have a 99 Pontiac Grand Am it just started to have a rod knock today so I have a complete stoner car with a Pontiac Grand Prix with a 3.8 that I bought for $25 I want to know what all it will entitled to put that 3.8 into my Grand Am and will what will I have to do to the computer to make it work
