1994 Grand Prix SE, wont start
 

My 1994 Grand Prix SE will not start, if we bypass everything a run a hotwire it will crank over. We figured out that the ignition switch was bad so we replaced it, now we have tested all of the wires and on the inside drivers side we have power but on the passenger inside we do not!! We were told to let the battery charge for 20 minutes and let the brain program itself, we did!! We turned the key on and it would not do anything!! We tried to hot wire again and it cranked over. Please help me!! I want to drive my car again and I am unemployed and don't have alot of money to pay someone to work on it.
