421 SD duel Quad Manifolld
 

I recently aquired an original 421 SD Manifold to replace the aftermarket one. The front of the manifole has the large opening for the thermostat housing. beside it is another water jacket smaller opening with two attachment screw holes. Anyone know what goes on this opening?
