No Power
 

I have a 2001 Grand Prix GT with 81,000 miles was running great and allof a sudden lost power. does not want to accelorate if I keep working the throttle I can get it up to 50MPH but it takes approx 2 mile to do so. The check engine light does not come on. I checked the fuel pump pressure 45 Psi. The Cataletic convertor checked out OK. Any Suggestions
