64 Tempest Convertible
 

I recently purchased a console for my 64 Tempest Convertible (already have the buckets ready to install).
Couple of questions:
1. I don't see any way to mount the bracket to the console base. The bracket is about 10" long with holes at either end I ASSUME to mount the bracket to the hump. Any experts??

2. Since I will be taking out the bench front seat .. Is there any market for those on ebay or some other place or is it just trash?
