alarm issues 2006 Pursuit
 

The alarm system goes off when the door is opened. To turn off the alarm , the unlock button on the remote control has to be pressed. Recently , my remote control stopped working. I replaced the battery but it is still not working. For now, I open the door using the key . Once door is opened , alarm will go and I have to turn ignition using the key to turn off the alarm . Any suggestions on how to fix this?
