brake lights/turn signal problem
 

2000 montana bought new. Has served us well but now when you hit the brakes the instrument panel hazard light markers light up dimmly,and also the right rear turn signal flashe's wrong. When the turn signal is on the bottom and top bulbs in the tail lihgt assembly flash back and forth while the turn signal bulb barely lights up.All other bulbs are working properly including the hazzard lights.All fuses appear ok.
Any tips would be appreciated.
