Electrical Problem
 

Hello, I am having problems with my 2000 Sunfire. It seems that the electrical system has lost it's ground. When the current demand changes, the instrument panel lights up. It acts like the alternator is not working but I have replaced it and still the same problem. Can anyone help with this problem?
