Pontiac g6 GMS haggle price?

I am looking into buying a 2007 Pontiac G6 GTP

MRSP- 28,405.00
GMS 25,847.00
Current offers 3,500.00

Net Price 22,347.00

Can anyone tell me how much I can haggle with the dealership with a GMS price if I can at all?

How much should I offer the dealership ?
