Most V8 Conversion packages are available for both standard and automatic transmission cars. Conversions for standard transmissions include a LUK Pro Gold clutch, while the automatic conversions include a custom billett bellhousing adapter, custom driveshaft, upgraded flexplate, and torque converter. Please be aware that Mallett Cars cannot convert a 5spd car to an automatic or an automatic to a 5spd.

Notice the "does not include car" lol. considering a NEW solstice will run you about 22k a NEW conversion will be 42k (might as well get a vette lol). BUT if you decided to get a used Solstice for 12k then it might be a pretty good deal.
