Default Rumbling sounds but it's not a wheel bearing

I have a 2006 pontiac grand prix and I have a rotational grinding/ rumbling sound coming from my driver's side. I can feel a slight vibration in my toes at speed. I jacked up the front and found that the ball joint is bad but the wheel bearing is fine and brakes are good and not hung up. I also get a fluttering at 2000 rpm wether or not I'm driving or if I hold it in neutral.thats more of another topic but I figured I'd kill two with one stone. Any help is appreciated thank you
