Remove the wheels; loosen the caliper bolts; use C clamp on rear brake pad to retract piston then remove rear pad. good luck

I think you are talking about brake pads.. here is the method.
here are the list of tools which are required

Disposable mechanic's gloves
Jack for up the car
Lug wrench
C-clamp
Wrench
Turkey baster
Plastic tie, bungee cord or piece of string
