Thoughts on 2006 Pontiac Solstice?
 

This is what I'm considering getting as my first car. It is a five-speed manual with 107k mileage. I don't care about room; all I want to know is if it will make a suitable daily driver and what to expect from it in terms of maintenance, longevity, common problems, etc. Online evaluations indicate that it's a fun car, though not entirely as I've described. Since I live in Utah, whatever vehicle I drive will have to endure the changing of the seasons and the arid climate.
