Cooling Fan Shroud Removal
 

Does anyone know the secret to removing the cooling fan shroud on a 2001 2.2L Sunfire? The only manual I have seen said to remove the screws and lift upwards on the shroud assembly. I only found 1 screw at the bottombut along the left side there are two molded in pieces that appear to helpretain the shroud in place. The top one appears as though it needs to slide toward the passenger side to be freed and the lower one I can't see well enough to figure out how it is supposed to move. I am fairly certain that pulling upward on these would be asking for trouble. Any help is greatly appreciated. FJ
