Question about different years and parts
 

ok well I got a question when it comes to different years and models. I own a 96 sunfire 2.4L and I know someone who recently wrecked their 2000 Sunfire GT. I am able to get the car off of them for very cheap so I was wondering besides just the body change, would I be able to use a good amount of the parts off of the 2000 and put them in the 96 should I need them? If anyone knows like what years and parts are interchangeable that would help alot.
