Trying to help a co-worker out here.
He has a 96 Bonne with a 3.8 ltr that is NOTsupercharged. He says he can be cruising down the freeway and the engine will start to miss, then completely quit. When he pulls over and puts it in park it will start right back up and run fine. He has no check engine light on now, but it has come on when he has this problem, but goes out when he starts the car back up. I will be taking my code reader and fuel pressure guage to work with me Monday and if he is working with me I can check some stuff out. He did replace thehead gasket around Thanksgiving. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
